"This was the best insurance experience I've ever had! I first called Jennifer Bourne State farm agency, thinking I called a different one. I'm so happy that I got the calls mixed up! Other insurance companies were closed on Saturdays but they were open and I'm so glad that they were!

I spoke with Angie over the phone and she started the process to get my car insurance going and then I came into the office and I was met by a very nice gentleman who offered me cold water and invited me to a big candy bowl on the front desk LOL! and then met Jennifer Bourne ,she and Angie were terrific! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy over the past year on several different claims. After the tornadoes in Middle Tennessee our phones have all been blowing up.
